Consecration Prayer of St. Maximilian Kolbe to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

O Immaculata, you are queen of heaven and earth, refuge of sinners and our most loving Mother. God has willed to channel His mercy through you. I (insert your name here),  a repentant sinner, consecrate myself wholly to you as your possession and property. Please transform me. Forge my powers of soul and body, my life ,death and eternity into an acceptable offering. Please use my whole being unreservedly to accomplish your mission; to crush the serpent's head, to root out heresy and indifference. Let me be a fit instrument in your Immaculate and merciful hands as you labor to extend the blessed Kingdom of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Yor presence is always a channel for the graces of conversion ad sanctification that comes to us from the Sacred Heart.
